I consider myself from Kentucky, though I was born in the Buckeye state. During the summer of 2002, I had the opportunity to tour through Asia and fell in love with China and ended up moving to Shenzhen in early 2003. My love for China has continued to deepen and I now consider Shenzhen my home. Every day is a challenge; my comfort zone is expanded; my cultural knowledge is broadened; not a day goes by where I don’t learn something about myself and others which allows for growth each and every day. What more could I ask for while I enjoy this journey we call life with my best friend, confidant, partner and soulmate, Peyton.
